Partners in crime since 2005.

Our first “date” was a secret. We held hands under a blanket so our friends wouldn’t notice and didn’t tell them we were together for at least another two months.

started a podcast to stop the fighting

Seven years in, our marriage was struggling so we decided to record a few conversations and send them to friends for mediation + moral support.

Fast forward to now… We're still figuring this whole thing out as we go, but thankfully have learned A LOT through the process of creating this show.

our story

It all began over a clean pile of laundry

Jessie was immediately annoyed by Gerard's OCD folding tendencies, but little did she know that those very same creases would be gracing her own t-shirts over a dozen years later.

Married at 22 + together 12 years later

The whole night was a blur (despite the fact that we were both completely sober) but our favorite memory was leaving on the scooter we bought for ourselves as a joint wedding gift.

Our marriage mantras

  • Talking things out and tight bear hugs fix almost anything.

  • There is no such thing as a perfect marriage but every partner deserves the gift of Great Love.

  • The right mix of love + laughter is the best recipe for a healthy relationship.
